This research group aims to contribute to the understanding of the health risks and benefits associated with agri-food systems; to characterise the economic, social and environmental impacts of agri-food systems; and to explore sustainable practices that promote resilience, maintain biodiversity and ensure the well-being of ecosystems, in line with the overarching goals of One Health.
